1-day training for managers on how to conduct a P&D interview (new style)
Objective: This training programme focuses on a new way to conduct interviews, make agreements, and assess your employees. Learn to enter into a real dialogue so as to allow your employee to take responsibility for his or her own objectives (and those of the team).

Health Coach programme®Intensive
Objective: More vitality and better quality of life. Better health and lowered medical risk. A number of new healthy but also pleasant habits that you can easily maintain in the long term. 
Starting date and time: Monday 6 February 2017, 10:00-17:00

Personal leadershhip for researcuers: Acquisitie & earning power
Objective: This training programme combines personal aspects and theoretical knowledge. We zoom in on the participants’ personal profile: their positive qualities and points that may need attention. In addition we offer substantive knowledge regarding funding opportunities.
Begins with an intake interview starting from 6 February 2017.

Effective influencing, even without authority!
Objective: This training programme teaches participants to naturally obtain the effect they want and to gather support for their initiatives. By increasing your influence on other people you learn to gain their trust, clearly communicate your ideas and opinions, and motivate others.
Starts on 7 March 2017 from 9:00-17:00
